Our Simple Guidlines for successful teaching are as follows:

- Remember the Learn Rugby Minnesota! Mission and Principles.
- Understand you are an educator and a youth rugby instructor.
- Never lose your temper with the kids.
- Understand and appreciate different cultures and languages.
- Understand what the kids enjoy and don’t enjoy doing.
- Adjust lessons plans accordingly; be flexible.
- Understand the community in which you are working.
- Let the kids know what you expect of them.
- Be passionate about the game!
